Having trouble signing in to Okta?

Follow these steps to regain access to Pitchblack services:

  1. Reset your Okta password

    • Visit the Okta password reset page.
    • Click Fogot my Password ?
    • Enter your Pitchblack username and follow the instructions.
  2. Check for a pending MFA prompt

    • Open the Okta Verify app on your mobile device.
    • Approve any outstanding push notifications or enter the current code.
  3. **Unlock your Okta account **

    • Visit the Okta password reset page.
    • Click Unlock my Account ?
    • Enter your Pitchblack username and follow the instructions.
  4. Verify your Okta account status

    • If you recently joined Pitchblack, allow up to two hours for your account to be provisioned.
    • Still waiting? Contact your onboarding manager to confirm your account has been activated.
  5. Reach the support team directly

    • Email support@pitchblackcompany.com with the subject "Okta Login Help".
    • Include your full name, and a description of the issue you’re encountering.
